Football & Cheer Registration

If you would like to register to play with the Transcona Nationals Football Club we will be holding additional registration evenings for the 2014 season on Tuesday, May 27th and Tuesday, June 10th between 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at 875 McMeans Avenue East.  If you are unable to make it to one of these two dates, please contact Laurie at treasurer@transconanationals.com to make arrangements to register.

Registration fees include insurance, equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, game & practice pants & jersey, game socks, mouth guard).

- 1st Registration Payment (Registration Fee Divided by 4)
- Volunteer Deposit - Commitment of 5 shifts per athlete registered (Maximum 7 shifts/family)

Payments of fees can be paid by cash, cheque, Debit*, Visa* or MasterCard*.

To save time at registration, please print off the Registration and Medical forms and complete.  There will still be the Football Manitoba form that will need to be completed by a parent/guardian at time of registration.

Volunteer Shifts

This year all volunteer shifts will be available for sign up online through


 Please ensure when you sign up for volunteering you are only signing up for 5 shifts if you have one child registered or for 7 shifts if you have 2 or more children registered.  We want to ensure all families have the opportunity to complete their volunteer commitments. 

1 shift is equivalent to the following:

  • 3 hours shift in the canteen or merchandise room or at the BBQ

  • 3 games 50/50 (Atom - Midget games)

  • 3 game day stick crew (Cruncher only)

  • 1 game day stick crew (Atom - Midget games)

We are asking that families having to complete 5 volunteer shifts book no more than Two (2) shifts during the Pre Season Tournament Weekend and families having to complete 7 shifts book no more than Four (4) shifts during the Pre Season Tournament. 

Regular season game schedules will not be posted until late July they the finalized schedules are available from the leagues.


Parking at the Transcona Nationals

Please be aware all curbs or ground painted in RED or Pink are NO PARKING AREAS. Any vehicle found to be parked in these areas will be towed, no warnings and no questions asked. There is parking available on residential streets around the clubhouse on Kildare Avenue, Alex Taylor Crescent, McMeans Avenue, Corliss Crescent and Binscarth Street.

Please park only in designated parking spots. This is for the safety of all for so that there is access for all Emergency Vehicles to access the club and field.
